Maureen Hart BSW, MSW, MBA
Founder & Lead Counsellor
Maureen is a registered social worker and the founder of Aluna, with 15+ years of experience supporting individuals through mental health and life challenges. Shaped by early experiences of loss, she understands the importance of not navigating difficult moments alone.

After completing her MSW, she spent more than a decade in community mental health and healthcare before earning an MBA to blend clinical expertise with leadership. This led her to build a practice grounded in connection and compassionate care.

Maureen lives with her husband and two young children, giving her a personal appreciation of life’s joys and challenges. She brings this perspective to Aluna, offering evidence‑based support in a safe, accepting space.
